All Fridays except school holidays
Looking for meaningful ways to get back to the community while helping reduce waste?
Join us at the Joy of Giving Hub for a hands-on volunteer session focused on giving pre-loved toys a second life. Together, we’ll prepare donated toys for reuse and help bring joy to children and families in the community.
Our volunteer sessions are a great opportunity to meet like-minded people, learn new skills and make a practical contribution to a more sustainable and caring community. You will be clearing, preparing, packing, checking and sorting toys.
The toys prepared during these sessions are shared with families experiencing disadvantages, helping good quality toys stay in use while supporting children who may otherwise miss out.
Who can participate: Volunteers aged 11 and over. Volunteers under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Places are limited, so registration is recommended to secure your spot.
Come along, meet your community and help make a difference, one toy at a time.
Let’s share, reuse and care together!
This workshop is funded by North Sydney Council Community Grant
