Right in the heart of Haymarket, Hay St brings together food, bars and culture under one roof and for two days, Taco Nixtamal is leading the way for a Cinco de Mayo celebration.
Their new Birria Tacos take centre stage, paired with margaritas, Jarritos and everything you want from a proper day out.
Live music from 12:30 to 1:30pm across both days, with a mariachi band trio led by Victor Valdes setting the tone at the space.
