Compulsory service NSW check in for all the passengers
Cruises will be available only for those who are fully vaccinated as per the relevant NSW Health orders until 15th December or NSW achieves 95% vaccination rates
There will be 3 check in points where passengers MUST SHOW proof of vaccination or valid medical exemption
1. Wharf entrance
2. Vessel gangway prior to boarding
3. Cruise Director prior to seating
Guests from overseas MUST get their international vaccinations converted to be allowed on board
Clients are supposed to email any medical exemption 72 hours prior to the cruise to ensure the authenticity of the same.
Medical exemptions will be cross referred with marine police command
Passengers who are unable to provide proof of vaccination will be refused boarding. This is applicable to any cruise booked with ACG in Sydney prior to 30th November.
The decision of the Cruise Director and the Captain will be final. Failure to adhere to the cre’s request will be reported to the relevant authorities.
ACG policy will be updated based on the most current NSW Health orders.
Passengers who refused boarding for failure to provide proof of vaccination will be provided with a refund (NOT for the whole group, but for the refused passenger).
The whole group will not be refunded if they decide to disembark on this basis.
