Christmas lunch at the Gantry

The Gantry is putting on an indulgent Christmas lunch, with waterfront views and a sumptuous menu, it’s the perfect place to gather and celebrate the festive season.

Carefully curated by head Chef, Rhys Connell, the menu showcases the best of Australian summer produce heroing the freshest of Aussie seafood. 

The newly reimagined dining room has a contemporary new look and offers both indoor and outdoor seating areas.

Drawing Sydneysiders, local and international travellers the menu kicks in with a refreshing Champagne on arrival, delicate snacks on ice, an amuse bouche to excite the taste buds, followed by the entrée and main, a pre-dessert to cleanse the palate before indulging in your Christmas dessert. The menu is paired with premium wine throughout – all in the backdrop of Sydney’s iconic harbour.
