Carefully curated by head Chef, Rhys Connell, the menu showcases the best of Australian summer produce heroing the freshest of Aussie seafood.
The newly reimagined dining room has a contemporary new look and offers both indoor and outdoor seating areas.
Drawing Sydneysiders, local and international travellers the menu kicks in with a refreshing Champagne on arrival, delicate snacks on ice, an amuse bouche to excite the taste buds, followed by the entrée and main, a pre-dessert to cleanse the palate before indulging in your Christmas dessert. The menu is paired with premium wine throughout – all in the backdrop of Sydney’s iconic harbour.
