Second Course
Gnocchi served with prawn meat, lobster tail in cardamom cream finished with napolitana sauce
Whole lamb shoulder served with red wine and balsamic jus, oven baked rosemary chat potatoes
Chicken involtini stuffed with tallegio cheese, spinach, crushed pistachios, and cranberries wrapped with pancetta and served on root vegetable mash
