From 22 to 29 January 2020, join us to celebrate Chinese New Year. Executive Chef Joel Bickford and his team have created a special 6-course, Chinese-inspired degustation to celebrate the Lunar New Year.
The limited-edition menu showcases prestige ingredients to match the dining room’s prestige view of the Opera House.
“The inspiration behind the menu we created is RED, to signify Chinese New Year. Some of the amazing ingredients you will enjoy as part of the menu are South Australian rock lobster, Oscietra caviar, Abalone, king oyster mushroom, Red Emperor, Maremma duck and gold leaf. This menu differs from our standard menu as all the dishes are specially designed for the celebration.” – Chef Joel Bickford
