Chin Chin is serving up some of Sydney’s best queer talent and a delicious new ‘Mardi Cha’ Yum Cha to celebrate Mardi Gras with saucy dishes, seductive cocktails and a weekend filled with music, performances and fun.

Chin Chin is throwing an adults-only party you don’t want to miss with DJ Sveta and 2 of Sydney’s loudest and proudest queer entertainers coming together with a recipe for a raving weekend. Hosted in GoGo Bar, internationally renowned cabaret performer and glamazon Sheba Williams will be bringing all things naughty and fun. Queer performance artist and self-described empress of the gay streets of Sydney Dylan Tai, will also join in to make a statement through live music and performances.

Chin Chin will be wrapping up the festival in style with the ultimate recovery party. Buley Chassis will be bringing the glitz and glamour on Saturday and Felicia Foxx will tie it all off at the finale on Sunday with performances like no other to toast to the season that was.
Chin Chin is letting you taste the rainbow with its new Mardi Cha Yum Cha menu, serving up the steamiest dishes for lunch across both weekends while you party for just $55 per person. Devour all things colourful and nice with Pink Pad Thai, Pink Mud Crab and Scallop dumplings and Prawn Bao with Pink Sauce, as well as Mixed Mushroom Dumplings, Chicken and Leek Wontons, BBQ Pork Steam Buns, Fried Rice and more.
For all the thirsty bunnies, Chin Chin has your liquid loving sorted with a specially curated Mardi Cha cocktail menu featuring gin, tequila, rose liqueur, yuzushu and more to get the party started, with individual cocktails and some made to share with your crew including:

One Kiss – Peddler’s Gin, apricot liqueur, French early grey, white and lemon
