Join us at the museum to hear survivors Susan Warhaftig and Mimi Wise, in conversation with Dr Sharon Kangisser-Cohen from Yad Vashem, as they reflect on experiencing the Holocaust as children.
In observance of International Youth Day we invite Susan and Mimi to share their stories as we reflect on how those times shaped their lives, what they have learned, and what messages they can give for the youth of today. Dr Sharon Kangisser-Cohen is a leading expert on child survivors and memory and testimony, the editor of Yad Vashem Studies, and the Director of the Eli and Diana Zborowski Centre for the study of the Aftermath of the Holocaust at Yad Vashen.
