Chianti Classico Wine Dinner with Sophie Conte

Join us for an evening of extraordinary Chianti Classico hosted by Tregole winemaker Sophie Conte at Ventuno in Walsh Bay.

After a glass of Champagne on arrival, Sophie will share the story of the Tregole estate and walk us through each of the wines she produces, including her white Sangiovese "Chicchero", and all three styles of Chianti Classico: Annata, Riserva and Gran Selezione. We'll have verticals of different years to compare and a traditional Italian menu from the team at Ventuno to pair perfectly with these wonderful examples of Tuscan Sangiovese.
