Chair yoga is a gentle way to improve strength, flexibility and mindfulness.
The class combines yoga whilst sitting on a chair with guided meditation.
The teacher is highly experienced and has trained in New York with leading practitioners.
The class is suitable for all ages and levels of physical ability, including those with limited mobility and balance.
