This qualification may be used as a pathway for workforce entry as community services workers who provide the first point of contact and assist individuals in meeting their immediate needs.
The course places a great emphasis on interpersonal skills, personal safety and working with people from different cultural backgrounds.
At this level, work takes place under direct, regular supervision within clearly defined guidelines.
Certificate II - Community Services
From July 7 to August 27 2021
Wednesday - Friday, 9am to 5pm (25 hours per week attendance)
Students may be eligible for the course to be subsidised by NSW Government (this is mandatory). We can calculate student fees on a case by case said, students may be required to pay either the full course fee, a contribution fee or students may be eligible for the course to be fully subsidised by NSW Government.
