Bookings open 5 June 2019
You don’t need any prior knowledge to enjoy this workshop, as your experienced tutor will give you step-by-step introductions on how to create your very own hand-built and wheel-thrown ceramics.
You will also have the opportunity to combine your wheel-thrown pieces with hand-built elements to create decorative cups, bowls and lidded vessels. You will then get to decorate your creations using a variety of surface techniques, including sprigs, coloured inlay, tinted underglazes to give colour, texture and dimension.
This intensive is a fabulous day for teens to explore the medium of clay. No prior experience is necessary.
