Celebrate the Lunar New Year harbourside at iconic vista bar with an exclusive Chinese-infusion menu that will be available for the duration of the festival.
Go traditional with classic menu selections like BBQ pork buns, duck spring rolls and gyoza or try something a little bit fancy like our tuna tar tar with betel leaf and our super indulgent fried icecream (YUM!)
Our legendary bar team has also created a special Chinese tea infused cocktail to celebrate the Lunar festival and it’s set to be a crowd favourite.

Covid-safe information
The Hyde Hacienda Sydney team take the health and safety of our staff and guests very seriously. We will be following government imposed restrictions and are currently limiting our capacity numbers to ensure sufficient social distancing is possible. We will also be regularly cleaning the venue and encourage all guests to check in and practice good hygiene whilst in our venue.
