For those who want to celebrate the finale 2026 with a little bit of everything, our Ultimate NYE Experience package has you booked for an early five-course dinner at Tayim (6:00pm – 8:30pm) - think butter-poached lobster tail and chargrilled scotch fillet, finished with Tayim's signature Levantine flair. Your early start to the evening is then followed by the Harbour View Cocktail Party (8:30pm – 12:30am). The full evening, the ultimate bucket-list New Year's celebration from set menu to sky-high celebration, without missing a moment.
