This intensive workshop is designed to support professionals deal with vicarious trauma/ burnout through expressive arts for ongoing self-care.
The workshop teaches participants to understand the importance of self-care, strengthen the connection with their sense of inner regulation and release stress through artistic catharsis.
The workshop will assist participants to discover and experience effective tools for self-care using art therapy – connecting, grounding and revitalising from within.
The workshop incorporates a combination of expressive art therapies, somatic experiencing and mindfulness approaches. The workshop offers experiential exercises, self-inquiry, painting/drawing, creative journalling and the opportunity for self-reflection.
