CASA X (single launch) w/guests Oyobi & Sam Hunter

CASA X is one of the most promising artists in the local and national hip-hop scene, constantly working to polish his game and develop new concepts.

With his new single “Your Love (Toda la Noche)” he continues to stretch the boundaries of the genre by implementing elements of Latin reggaeton-pop with Mexican artist Cedres providing the hook in his native tongue. The night will act as the official release for the single and the risky new video will also be shown.

Supporting him will be Oyobi – a musical project that explores the boundary between folkloric rhythm and machine-based live performance. Their music is primal, raw, and prone to improvisation, bending barriers between house, jazz, latin, and broken beat. Oyobi comes fresh from producing a string of collaborations with London's Imagines record label, Hallex M, Colombia's Malo Malo and Cumbiamuffin, and Melbourne based Amaru Tribe, and is ready to get the positive vibes rolling for the night.

Also playing will be singer/song writer Sam Hunter, known for his versatile and energetic performances. Sam Hunter has emerged as one of Sydney’s great performers with his smooth vocals and entertaining charisma.
