This unique and inclusive series invites the LGBTIQ+ community, their families, friends, and allies to creatively explore end-of-life conversations through art, humour, and heartfelt dialogue.
Across 3 immersive event days and one vibrant finale, you’ll experience:
6 Memento Mori Workshops – including poetry, songwriting, dance, visual art & weaving
3 Cark It Café sessions – with guest speakers in palliative care, legal planning, funeral practices and more
1 Final Showcase – a joyful celebration of creativity, community, and mortality
Jewelz the Hoola Doola will be your guide on this journey as we explore our end-of-life plans and options together – with heart, humour, and a touch of the unexpected.
