Introducing a new theme and cake type each month, our experts will be sharing their top tips and knowledge to help you prepare a beautiful dessert for you to share with your guests. Each class will offer a variety of themed finishing touches and florals to create your own unique cake.
Masters in creating beautifully presented pastries fresh from The Grounds’ Bakery and Patisserie, our dedicated pastry team will work through a step-by-step demonstration. The team will share tips in preparing a 4-layer cake, using different icing finishes and piping techniques, and adding the perfect (and delicious) decorative touches to finish.
