Breaking Bread: Sourdough workshop

Bake your own wild-yeast bread

This half day sourdough bread workshop provides you with the skills and confidence to bake your own wild-yeast bread at home.

During the workshop, we’ll prepare no-knead sourdough and olive/cheese (or dairy-free/vegan: sundried tomatoes and olive) sourdough bread to bake later at home.

Additionally, you will gain a clear understanding of sourdough starters: making/creating, maintaining and using.

You’ll leave the workshop with understanding of how to bake sourdough so that you can do it again, easily, at home.
