Boom! International Festival of Percussion presents.

Saturday 8 October is the closing day of Boom! International Festival of Percussion, and to celebrate, Boom! is presenting a day of free concerts and workshops at Seymour Centre.  

From 2pm to 7pm, enjoy free courtyard concerts from Australian Taiko Academy artists, Sydney Youth Percussion Ensemble, Baran Yildiz and friends, Clocks & Clouds, Capoeira Topazio with Rio Projekt, and African Beat. 

From 2:30pm to 6pm, immerse yourself in the world of percussion at fun, free, interactive workshops in the Sound Lounge, led by acclaimed percussionist, Jess Ciampa, leading taiko ensemble, Taikoz, and African drumming masters, African Beat. Expand the accordions below to find out more about each workshop.
