Book Lovers Club with Gabrielle Wang

For our inaugural Book Lovers Club meeting, we’re joined by the extraordinary author, illustrator and Australian Children’s Laureate Gabrielle Wang!  

Gabrielle is an award-winning author and illustrator of much-loved novels and picture books for children and young adults. Her newest book, Zadie Ma and the Dog Who Chased the Moon, is a heart-warming story set in postwar Melbourne about courage, friendship, the magic of stories and one girl’s unwavering love for her dog.  

In our online discussion, Gabrielle Wang will share the inspiration behind her books, answer your questions about being an author, and respond to your thoughts about each of the books on her reading list.
