Saturday 6 March from 2pm to 5pm
Printmaking has made a real comeback recently and it's not hard to see why!
Carving forces you to slow down, be mindful and focus. But your reward is the reveal. The moment when you ink up your block for the first time and pull your first print is so satisfying and addictive.
Come and learn basic block printing with Little Rowan Redhead. A print maker known for her intricate prints and clever stamps.
Rowan will introduce you to her design process, her favourite tools and materials and share carving tips and tricks.
Students will then design, carve and print their own blocks resulting in the creation of lovely prints. These blocks can be used to make cards, gift wrap, print on fabric and much more!
