Big Thick Energy: Shake The Room is 3 evenings of high-energy entertainment with thick, curvy performance artists breaking stereotypes and celebrating self-love.
Featuring Burlesque, Drag, Vogue, Poetry Slam, Freak Show and Music, Big Thick Energy: Shake The Room is a safe inclusive space for BIPOC, POC and LGBTQIA+ bodies.
Caution: this show is HOT. Side effects may include increased levels of confidence, screaming “YAASS BITCH", and seat twerking.
The performance will be Auslan interpreted.
Friday 19 March 8pm: Featuring Demon Derriere, Jes Subba, Kiri the Spinning Sensation, Krista Herrington, Mama Medusa, Papi Chulo, Prolifik the Gifted, and Sarah Birdgirl.
Saturday 20 March 8pm: Featuring Andrew Cox, bitchCRAFT, Demon Derriere, Kilia, Rainbow, Thraxxy and Trya Bankstown.
Sunday 21 March 7.30pm: Featuring ELIAM ROYALNESS, Ginger Foxx, Irena Flywaves, Mama Medusa, Peach Fuzz, Saint Valentine, Thraxxy, WAP Booty Troupe and Wombat Cereal.

Darlinghurst Theatre Company holds a NSW Health exemption and is operating at 75% capacity. Masks are mandatory in our theatre auditorium. Masks are mandatory in our cabaret lounge except when patrons are eating or drinking.
