Work through your choice of Be Connected lessons with a friendly team member.
Searching the internet: Learn the essential skills to getting started online and how to use the Google search engines. We’ll also show you some fun online hobbies you can explore like researching family history.
Using email: Learn about email accounts on the internet and be guided through how to set up your own email account. We’ll show you how to use email safely and recognise and identify scams.
Explore our free online library: Find out how to access and use our free digital library services. Using your library card; learn a language, stream a movie, download music or find reading suggestions.
Connect with family and friends using social media: Get an introduction to using social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram and Twitter to help you connect with people anywhere in the world.
Getting started with video calls: Learn about the different types of video calls you can make on from your computer, device or tablet and how to use the free Zoom platform.
Set up MyGov account: Find out how myGov can make managing your online government services easy and convenient.
