This goodfood Month, Sydney’s NOLA Smokehouse and Bar will host Newcastle’s Smokin Hot ‘N Saucy for an epic barbecue battle.
Chefs of both venues will prepare a four-course menu championing a barbecue meat per course as well as matched sides for each diner resulting in an eight-dish lunch to feast upon. Diners will vote for their favourite dish of each course to crown the goodfood Month 2021 BBQ Wars champion of the year.
The BBQ battle categories are pork ribs, chicken, beef brisket and a Chef's choice signature meat.
Tickets are limited and advance bookings essential.
