Newtown NSW 2042
Australia
Temple on the park
When
  • Saturday 14 March from 11am to 5pm
Cost

Adult: $130

This is not a casual workshop. This is a focused, immersive space for people who are ready to meet themselves honestly and stay present with what is true, rather than avoid it.

If you are looking for something light or observational this will not be the right fit.

What this workshop offers

Many people have insight, language, and self-awareness, yet still feel stuck, unclear, or disconnected. This workshop is designed for when thinking about it is no longer enough.

Over five hours, you will be guided through structured, experiential practices that support:

  • deeper self-awareness in the body

  • honest contact with what is actually alive for you

  • being seen and witnessed without fixing or performing

  • clarity around what matters most for you right now

  • staying present with truth, even when it feels uncomfortable

The depth comes from slowing down, not pushing harder.

This is not group therapy. It is a practice space.
