Thursday 19 February from 10am to 4pm
Artist’s book creator Lenore Bassan leads this hands-on workshop where you’ll explore gel printing and linocuts to create a book of your own.
Lenore Bassan’s printmaking experience is extensive and varied. As a contributing artist to the current exhibition Paper Universe: The book as art, she is the final artist/presenter in this series of creative workshops.
Come along to this full-day workshop with Lenore to learn how to make simple gel prints and linocuts. Use them to create a concertina book of your own. Discover how these techniques can be used to make books that express your individual style and imagination.
This workshop is suitable for anyone who would like to try these techniques and create something unique.
All materials for the workshop and morning tea will be provided, but please bring or buy your own lunch.
