What you will need
You will need basic art supplies like crayons, pastels, watercolour, pencil crayons as well as a journal for reflection.
We will be meeting via Zoom, from the comfort and safety of your own home.
$20 per class.

Art Therapy is all about freedom of expression and letting go of the need to be perfect. You do not need to be an artist to participate, everyone is welcome!
