Being pregnant during a global pandemic can be a stressful and nerve-wracking time.
Pregnant people around the world are forced to deal with the added anxiety and stress that a pandemic brings, on top of the normal anxiety that comes along with pregnancy.
Growing a small human is a wonderful experience and one that deserves a celebration and reflection. You deserve to take the time out from all the noise and connect with your body, your baby, and others who are on the same journey as you.
Regardless of your beliefs, backgrounds or political stand points, we can all meet with a shared connection of being the container of life.
Join this relaxing art therapy session to explore your pregnancy creatively.
