This workshop will give you an opportunity to reflect back on the child you once were and provide them with all that yo wish you had received.
If you had a complicated childhood, or simply want to explore inner child work, this workshop is for you.
You will need:
Pen, paper, art supplies (pastels, watercolor paints, or crayons), glue and a printed picture of yourself.
Art Therapy is all about freedom of expression and letting go of the need to be perfect. You do not need to be an artist to participate, everyone is welcome!
