The limited-edition menu showcases prestige ingredients to match the dining room’s unparalleled view of the Sydney Opera House.

Guests who choose the prestige wine pairing will receive a special red envelope at the end of their Chinese New Year experience, enjoying additional experiences across a selection of Matt Moran restaurants.

We have selected some of the finest produce from all over Australia such as Western Australian marron, Maremma duck from Tathra, Paspaley Pearl meat from Broome and local blacklip abalone.
