Blending whisky is the art of balance. In this session, you’ll learn how our whisky is made at Archie Rose before being guided through the process of blending a selection of Scotch whiskies to create two 200ml bottles of your own signature whisky to take home and enjoy.

  • A brief background on the craft of whisky blending, how whisky is produced and how we make our own here at Archie Rose.

  • A guided whisky blending session.

  • Two x 200ml bottles of your very own whisky to take away with you.

This entertaining, informative and rewarding session will offer you the opportunity to blend your very own Scotch whisky from a range of premium products which are yours to take away in two x 200ml bottles. Our resident experts will guide you on how to construct a high-quality whisky as well as a brief background on the craft of blending, how whisky is produced and how we make our own here at Archie Rose.

  • The Archie Rose team is here to ensure you and your guests are comfortable during your visit and are taking all of the necessary hygiene precautions as outlined by the new NSW Government legislation.

  • Staff reserve the right to refuse entry if you are showing signs of illness. If you are feeling unwell, please stay home.

  • Please wash your hands regularly and practise good hygiene.

  • No physical tickets will be shipped (your name will simply be added to our guest list) & we cannot offer refunds but will happily reschedule your booking given at least 14 days notice. For any changes within a 48 hours notice period, you will pay a $50 fee per person.

  • Attendees must be over the age of 18+ years and includes accompanying minors.
