A complete introductory course in order to learn all level 1 Animal Flow movements. These movements will be integrated into flows. The course format is structured for challenge and progress at each session. Working with others is highly supportive, aids learning, and is so much fun! Beginner and advanced level fitness enthusiasts with a sense of adventure are welcome. The course is open to teens and adults.
Animal Flow is an innovative new fitness program that combines quadrupedal and ground based movements with bodyweight training to create a fun and challenging workout. By reconnecting to their bodies through movement training, Animal Flow enthusiasts gain a better understanding of their bodies while enjoying increased mobility, flexibility, stability, power, endurance, skill and neuromuscular communication. Animal Flow includes a wide range of exercises and movement combinations that are grouped into 6 components, each designed to elicit specific results: Wrist mobilisation, activations, form specific stretches, traveling forms, switches and transitions, and flow.
