When it comes to getting older, have you considered whether your health will be impacted?

You're invited to join our Aging Well forum on Open Week to learn more about how you can support your mental and physical wellbeing as you age, including:

  • how ageing impacts your mental and physical health

  • how much and what sort of physical activity is appropriate as you age

  • common changes to sleep patterns as you age, and how to manage those changes in positive ways

  • tips on navigating the healthcare system, so you’ve got a plan if anything crops up

  • keep your mind young and outlook positive by finding ways to learn new skills.
