Display conditions of entry for any customers or visitors (website, social media, entry points).
Display signage on arrival to the office/studio/venue reminding everyone to maintain the legislated physical distancing (1.5 metres) from the desk when speaking with the person at reception. Place sticker on the floor marking the spot to wait. Place hand sanitiser in front foyer.
Where reasonably practical, ensure staff maintain 1.5 metres physical distancing at all times (including at meal breaks). If staff are not able to physically distance, or work in a role with significant public interaction, strongly recommend they wear a face mask if practical.
Everyone is responsible for ensuring the required physical distances are observed in accordance with the latest government requirements. Provide physical distancing markers on the floor in common areas where employees perform tasks or visitors arrive.

Instruct the team (including posters on walls) on ways to limit the spread of germs, including regularly washing hands for 20 seconds, by not touching their face, sneezing into their elbow, and staying home if feeling sick or displaying any of the coronavirus symptoms Maintain the required physical distancing and limit contact with others including no shaking hands.
