Join bestselling children’s book author, Adrian Beck, the creator of the popular Derek Dool: Supercool series, as he delivers an engaging and funny author workshop for kids. Adrian’s fun-filled presentation features writing tips, techniques to harness creativity, rapping, dance-offs, the not-so-famous ‘Wheel of Derek’, and the odd bad dad-joke!
Adrian Beck will reveal his secret formula to writing knockout stories and he’ll share with kids all his tips for busting through writers’ block. Kids will be challenged to devise a brand-new book idea on the spot, and they’ll leave inspired about the many ways they can use their creative superpowers for good!
