Adam Liaw is coming to The Rocks to offer a unique insight into the intersection of Australian and Asian cuisine in this series of exclusive talks.

He’ll draw upon his immense experience as a chef, food writer and television presenter to discuss the origins of Lunar New Year and the influence Asian cuisine has had on the Australian palette.

This is an opportunity to hear from one of our country’s leading voices in Asian cuisine and hear his unique perspective as a chef of Malaysian-Australian heritage.

Haven’t heard of Adam? In 2010 he won MasterChef, in an episode that is still the most watched non-sporting television event in Australian history. Since then he’s blazed a trail as a cook, writer and television presenter and built the Australian food industry’s most influential social media presence.

He’s a regular columnist for major newspapers, has released five cookbooks and is UNICEF Australia’s National Ambassador for Nutrition.

Part of the NSW Government’s The Festival of Place.
