The cheese-lovers’ dream continues with the "New York Cheesy Cheeseburger" with grilled beef, tomato, mustard ketchup, smothered with melted, oozy cheddar cheese and the "arancini" coated in breadcrumbs and stuffed with stringy mozzarella!
When the dessert cravings hit, the beautifully constructed cheesecake is the soft, fluffy and flavoursome crowd favourite, made with a biscuit base and smooth cream cheese filling with a side of fresh seasonal fruits and berries.
Paired to complement the limited-edition cheese menu, guests can enjoy flowing Lanson Champagne, Quartier Pinot Noir or the zesty Paxton Pinot Gris.
