Sensory Friendly Youth Boxing

When

Tuesdays, 3pm to 3:45pm Tuesday 7 May to Tuesday 2 July

Learn the fundamentals of boxing in a boxing gym with targeted support and guidance by our qualified youth workers.

Connect with other young people in a small group setting. Get fit and strong and build your confidence in social skills, including; self defence, goal setting, non-contact partnered work and bag work.

This is an earlier "off-peak" boxing session that will be capped at 8 participants.

Booking are essential!

There will be two youth workers present to ensure any young people with sensory processing difficulties have a safe and welcoming space to join in, there will be no loud music in the class.

We aim to deliver inclusive and accessible events and activities. If you have any particular access or communication needs, don't hesitate to get in touch with youth team leader Eleanor on 0460 838 847 or eboden@cityofsydney.nsw.gov.au.
