Duck and Pinot are one of the all-time classic food and wine combinations. 

What better way to celebrate these two than with a five course tasting menu with duck infused into every course. Our in-house sommelier has carefully selected a Pinot Noir to match each course. In usual Fox Hole style our in-house experts will share interesting tales about the food, the wine and the origins of the duck & pinot pairing. 

Pinot Noir is one of the oldest cultivated grape varieties in the world - grown perhaps as far back as 1000 BC. At a very similar time, ducks were first farmed by the Chinese and Egyptians. Duck and Pinot, the perfect combination.
