The story of the life of the Buddha is one of transformation, from renouncing the life of a worldly prince to becoming one of most important spiritual leaders in human history.
In this ten-week course, we will examine his life’s fundamental message, with a focus on how to apply the Buddha’s teachings to our modern-day concerns and how to build a pathway for ourselves based on peace, compassion and inner freedom.
