Over 65 ? Worried about falling over or already had a fall…? Enrol in this free 7 – week course and learn how to Step On with confidence and prevent falls and injuries.
This seven week, two hourly program plus 3-month refresher session is being offered free of charge by St Vincent’s Community Health and the City of Sydney Council.
Topics covered include: Balance & strength; Simple exercises to do at home; Medication, vision and falls; Safe footwear; Hazards at home and how to modify them; and Pedestrian safety.
