Amazingly, NSW households waste an average of $1,000 worth of edible food each year!
This cooking demonstration will inspire you to cut down your food waste and your weekly shopping bill. Come along to watch simple leftover ingredients being turned into spectacular and delicious dishes. Share recipes and tips and, best of all, taste the treats prepared.
(Unfortunately this workshop is not suitable for children under 14 years.)
