The race consists of a 4km run followed by a 300m swim in the Andrew Boy Charlton Pool.

Cost:
$20 – Indiviual
$18 – Student (must show student ID and be a full-time student. No discounts will be given to part time students who also work full-time)
$16 – Corporate Rate (6 or more from the same company – must show company ID)
$170 – 10 race pass
$300 – 20 race pass
