We present for the first time at the Sydney Fringe, a show that has never before been seen by the eyes of a human audience – a blacklight circus show where the costumes are one-of-a-kind – literally.
The performers in this series of blacklight vignettes have been transformed into unique works of art – adorned in glowing, illusory UV bodypaint that is recreated anew each night. Come experience a wondrous multidisciplinary spectacle, where the performers (hand-painted by bodypaint artists before each performance) bring their bodies-as-canvases to life with stories told through acrobatics, juggling, aerial arts and more.
Watch these superhuman circus artists manipulate light, muscles, and foreign objects, defying gravity and common sense in their glowing blacklight world. Audiences of all ages with a taste for the sensational will enjoy this unique form of magic that lasts only until the paint is washed away.
