Want to meet other passionate home cooks and swap tips and recipes? Join Corridor Kitchen blogger Lauren Quinn as she shares a few of her favourite recipes and recipe blogs. We’ll also wade through the Library’s cookbook collection and swap our favourites, old and new. Bring along your favourite recipes and recipe books for an old-fashioned-meets-social-media recipe swap.
Lauren is a blogger, social media junkie and food addict with a serious jones for all things caffeine. A former barista and daily home cook, she started her blog, Corridor Kitchen in 2010. She is practical and impatient but unwilling to eat food that is anything less than delicious Lauren is committed to whipping up commonsense, no-fuss food and searching for the best coffee wherever she goes
