Sydney Life is a major component of the City of Sydney’s annual Art & About Sydney festival. The exhibition features large format photographic works along the beautiful central walkway of Hyde Park North.
Submissions to Sydney Life are open to all Australian photographers (both professional and amateur). The works of 22 entrants will be selected as finalists for the exhibition, to be on display from 21 September – 21 October 2012.
The Sydney Life Prize will be awarded for the most outstanding work in the exhibition, as decided by a distinguished panel of judges. The Sydney Life Prize is valued at $10,000.
Art & About Sydney is a free non-profit event. All selected finalist photographers will be paid an artist fee of $500.00 (plus GST if applicable).
Submissions must be made via “artandabout.com.au” by 5pm Friday 29 June 2012.

Hyde Park (North): Domain Car Park – Open 7:00am to 9:00pm (Mon-Sat), 10:00am to 6:00pm (Sun) contact office for operation hours on public holidays.
Hyde Park (South): Goulburn Street Parking Station – Open 7:00am to 12:00am (Mon-Thur), 7:00am to 1:00am (Fri), 7:00am to 1:30am (Sat), 9:00am to 11:00pm (Sun & Public Holiday).
