Established in 1991 at Dongbianmen Dynasty Watchtower, Red Gate Gallery has been recognised as a pioneer, engaged in the promotion of Chinese contemporary art internationally.
Ten, internationally acclaimed, senior Red Gate Gallery artists each nominated an emerging artist to exhibit alongside them, bringing together two generations of Red Gate artists in a unique celebration of its 20 year history.
