Free Family Christmas Fun!
City of Sydney is delighted to host a series of free, fabulous Christmas Village Concerts. This is a great way to celebrate the festive season with your children, friends, family and the local community.
Four concerts will be staged over two weekends at Alexandria, Surry Hills, Rushcutters Bay and Rosebery. Each concert will be hosted by Rhys Muldoon and will feature fantastic entertainment for the whole family, with live music, great kids’ entertainment and the chance to meet Santa as he brings Christmas cheer to all.
Always popular is our kids’ art area where children can make Christmas decorations to take home.
The City is proud to announce the 2011 Green Villages Project “Pedal Power” –which will be at all four of the Villa
ge Christmas Concerts. It’s a chance for the whole family to Pedal for Power! So come along and see how riding a bike can create electricity.
Our Christmas Charity Partner, The Australian Children’s Music Foundation will have volunteers hosting a stand at the concert where you can make a gold coin donation by buying a Christmas showbag full of fantastic goodies. We hope you can help support them to provide a better future for our children.
Take a picnic or enjoy a sausage from the Charity Fundraiser BBQ and come along to enjoy lots of family fun!

• Cnr Primrose & Hayes Roads, Rosebery
Hosted by Rhys Muldoon – Special performance by Justine Clarke, join in on the fun with Swing Patrol performing swing dance lessons, live music by La Fiesta Sound Sydney, plus a special appearance from Santa and much, much more!

• Waratah St, Rushcutters Bay
Hosted by Rhys Muldoon – put on those blue suede shoes and join in the fun with Swing Patrol performing swing dance lessons live on stage, a special performance by Justine Clarke, live music performed by swing band, The Velvet Set , a jolly appearance from Santa and much, much more!
